Bus was on time and seemed to travel from Manhattan to Newark regularly. Nice option to fly to/from Newark and bus to Manhattan. There was room for a couple bags onboard. Tolls on bridge can be pricey and cabs reflect that in their fares from NJ.

You need to stand outdoors in the cold waiting for a bus that may or may not come. Also, you get scolded if you don't hand them a printed version of the Groupon... NO smartphone! Take the AirTrain.

This company is really good. Obviously you have to worry about the NY traffic but overall they are there on time and I've had no issues. $11 is a great deal
