Offers are not simple to use and when you contact the listed number for customer service for questions and or assistance your referred to go online and figure it out. One word, "HORRIBLE!"

The service was ok. The car was filthy inside/out. I ask them to clean but they did not. My arrival agent was rude and insisted I booked my reservation online when I had not. He also said they don’t accept Groupon- even though the Groupon has their name on it. Ugh! I got Them to accept it. The location of this rental service is a horrible location ( seemed like a garbage site).

Getting the car was smooth the agents answering the phone did not know anything I was told to make reservations then when we called they told us to just come in when we arrived they had no minivans. Luckily one was returned. but then when ewe tried to return the van one day early they tried to charge us for the day we did not use. it was then that they realized we did not make a reservation and therefore three could not charge us lucky for us. regardless wont rent from them again
