This was the worst experience I've had. And I've had many facials in my lifetime first off when I arrived early this facility was closed I had to literally wait an hour or more to go inside. Then when I went inside it was cold and r&b music was playing nothing tranquil, and relaxing.. when I went to the room that spot where you lay down was not covered for sanity reasons. .

Please excuse any confusion on our part, let us start by saying this spa is by appointment only so if you came early and the spa was closed then staff were on break at the same time like many establishments do in this industry since youre so familiar, so unless you were instructed to come at a different time then staff is to greet you at your scheduled time not an hour before . The soft R&B is what are regular clients have requested as a mean of relaxing for them, we also have to keep the temperature of the spa at a comfortable room degree for all clients . Last but not least all of our beds are properly covered and sanitized between each client . I hope we’ve addressed any concerns you may have had since your complaint wasn’t about the facial, be well .
