The woman was so rough. She started pumicing my feet like she was sanding down wood and when I reacted she asked me if I was ticklish. She cut me while she was trimming my cuticles and didn’t even acknowledge it and she charged an extra $15 to remove the hard gel because she said she had to soak it off and then didn’t soak it at all but filed it off. The other ladies in the shop were very nice.
