Proceed with caution... They did amazing artwork on the stencil that I absolutely loved, but during the actual tattoo added embellishments that I hate but am now stuck with.

We’re sorry your not 100% satisfied but when you went over the design with the artist and through the whole tattoo process you were absolutely satisfied and after the tattoo was finished and you liked it over you were totally happy. The shop is nice and the staff was professional. I was put off because I made an appointment the previous day. When I arrived, the artist was in the process of taking someone else who was getting a larger tattoo. I was given to someone else and was not quite satisfied with the results. The color is uneven inside the overall outline and in the area that is colored in. I get that $$$ beats $$ and people who make appts no call no show so take the money in the shop vs turning someone away. Had the work been on point, it would not have been an issue. when I called to discuss fixing the areas that look patchy, I was informed that the original artist would have to fix it. That's ok. I will go somewhere else to have it recolored. I do appreciate the willingness to go over it though.

We’re sorry you aren’t 100% satisfied we explained to you that groupons are a walk in basis unless a deposit is left and you opted out of leaving a deposit so you were on a first come first serve basis. We also called and told you we would do everything in our power to fix or touch up any problems you saw in your tattoo but you refused. Again we’re sorry you didn’t get the particular artist you wanted but if you would’ve left a deposit for him he would have been the one to do your work.
