Tried to call and make reservation and no one picked up. I was supposed to get 60 min foot reflexology. The chair was right next to the door, the woman was alone and barely spoke 2 words to me. She didn’t explain anything about the history or benefits of the treatment, and it was more like 50% calf massage, 50% foot boring massage. I would not recommend.

I used to love this place, but it is just not the same. Jenny is still very good, but not at the same level as previously.
Also, it is VERY cold inside; you need a heavy coat just to sit in the 'lobby'.
Finally, although cute, I really don't think having a little dog run around is appropriate.

The building had no WOW factor but it was clean & the massage & facial I received was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Communication is difficult, both on the phone & in person, but moving past that, you will be delighted with the service you will be given.
