Variety and color characterize the menu at Mi-Ne Sushi. A selection of more than 30 maki rolls includes spicy salmon or scallop, a combination of crab and pickled radish, and a larger than usual selection of vegetarian options, such as asparagus and avocado or deep-fried sweet potato. Other entrees sizzle, such as meats and veggies covered in house-made teriyaki sauce and udon noodle soups that dare you to slurp them down while the tempura pieces in them are still crisp.
Sake and Japanese beer provide appropriate pairings and a sophisticated way to quench candles at the evening's end. Light wood paneling, Japanese paintings, wood-framed lamps, and floral accents unify Mi-Ne's three locations.
