Since her days as a high-school basketball and track star, Dr. Benita Stephens has understood the importance of maintaining a healthy diet and weight. From within Ciao Bella's office, Dr. Stephens and her friendly staff help clients shed pounds and gain confidence through customized weight-loss programs, which can include tailored exercise plans; B12, HCG, and lipotropic injections; appetite suppressants; and meal replacements. But before programs are constructed, an initial consultation reviews patients' health history, determines their current state of health with a physical exam, and analyzes their body composition.
