Mike was so wonderful making sure we adjusted to riding segway!! 2 of us were first time riding it. Mike gets the 5 starts rating. However, the 4 star rating is for the facility. The helmets were filthy and the Segway were old. Fortunately we brought our own antibacterial wipes for the helmets. Highly recommended. Mike is the best!!
