The staff were great! Excellent customer service! Even the girl I spoke with over the phone about my tickets was awesome! My only issue was with the people on the boat. People were just rude, acting “holier than thou”, not allowing people to watch the parade, if they were sitting down and at times purposely blocking people from seeing a view of the parade.

It was completely fogged in and really could not see anything. Asked to refund or reschedule for another boat ride for Whale Watching but it was unavailable.
