The dark-blue hulls of Watts on the Harbor Cruises’ boats cut through Newport Harbor’s still waters almost silently thanks to eco-friendly electric motors. On deck, captains point out historic sites to passengers relishing vibrant sunsets. To facilitate fun even in inclement weather, the watercrafts are equipped with tall, see-through vinyl panels and overhead awnings.
