Not a straight forward experience. We arrived at the address listed to rent two kayaks. There was no store front. I called the number and the man asked if I had reserved the kayaks Calling ahead would have been smart. He said they were temporarily located down the street 10+ blocks, which was also difficult to locate as they was no store front. It was a beach house with a side yard rental shop.

Upon arrival Bradley welcomed us. We got checked in and then given our kayaks. He assisted us in getting in/out and just briefly explaining how to maneuver a kayak (1st time). The kayaks were clean and easy to use. The coupon was for two hours but after one hour we were done! Bradley greeted us upon return and asked us how everything was. He was very nice, attentive and helpful. He was also very professional and friendly. We will definitely go back and refer all of our friends. Had a great time.
