I'd strongly suggest Cardio Dance for those who truly hate to exercise because THIS IS PURE FUN. I'd also highly recommend Cardio Dance for those who love to exercise because it is such a great work out. But the greatest thing is that you don't have to "excell"....you can go at your own personal pace and Kim will praise you and encourage you just the same. Her enthusiasm is contagious. She's unlike any teacher you've ever had!!
