Lovely hotel

Dinner at the Keg was terrible. The last two times we ate there the food was cold and service was slow. We complained and in the midst of all that we forgot to hand in our coupon worth $40. The next day asked the Courtyard if something could be done about it and they said to use it the next time we came. That's not likely since the last two times dinner was terrible. You know when you pay over $100 for dinner for two you would like it to be good and memorable.

Hotel and Breakfast buffet were excellent but dinner coupon at TGIF was terrible! TGIF's food was mediocre and they tried to tell us at the end of the meal that we couldn't use our dinner voucher, because we had technically ordered only one entree and not two. I could not order the second entree because there were no vegetarian options on the menu for entrees. After a debate with the waitress, the manager finally accepted our voucher....embarassing.

clean,spacious room......great spa tub....comfortable bedding....nice breakfast buffett
