The UPS Store, Niagara Falls

Great price/value on replacement inkjet cartridges. Groupon price was the motivator to get me to drive to Niagara Falls from st Catharine's to go to UPS's store. Would recommend to anyone.

First attempt to use groupon - item not in stock, had to re-order and would call me when it was in. THREE weeks no call. I called them. They did not know whar I was talking about. They did not carry that item. Second attempt. Different product. It took three staff members to locate my items. They were not going to tell me the (less than groupon) price (thereby allowing me to maxamise my purchase and not lose some of its value) until after the sale was complete. WhenI inquired, and requested another item to utilize the full value of the groupon, the item was out of stock. Nothing terrible but very un-professional,

Even with the groupon, I still had to pay another 25.00 for 2 ink cartridges. This is way too much. I found it much cheaper elsewhere. I won't go back.

The gentlemen clerk was very helpful,courteous and pleasant.I didn't feel pressure to spend above the groupon value.Thank You
