Disappointing to say the least. Our room was not clean! The carpet was not well vacuumed, furniture was dusty, bathroom floor was dirty with hair on it. The thermostat in the room was not working properly and our room was ridiculously hot ( 25 to 26 degrees) and no matter how many times we adjusted it, it went right back to 25 degrees. Unfortunate since I had treated my sister and best friend from Ireland to a Girls night away in Niagara Falls. The view of the Falls was the only good thing about this room. We had two Queen size beds… which were “somewhat “ comfortable but slightly sagging in the middle. I’m afraid I would not be too keen to go back to the Hilton Fallsview. Disappointed, as I always thought the Hilton was a wonderful hote
