Terrible experience. On Friday the 13th. Hours posted said 11am to 1am. At 9pm they were closed. Went next day at 1pm in the afternoon just to see if they were open and talk and the upon entering the open door, stood around for 10 min listening to yelling and cursing from the back. No one came out to talk. When someone just accidentally did it was a teenager who said oh yeah once school starts we

They make lots of noise right before you go in, you can see actors running by you and they scream, grab your legs, etc. Not much to see in the tunnels, wasn't happy with the deal as I didn't get any tokens or outback coupon as written in the deal.

Bought the 1 for four people deal and charged me $13 additional tax PER PERSON and took awhile to give the wifi password so I had to go around looking for a free wifi. But the experience itself was good, scary yet fun but short ... it was worth it
