I booked online however the time was not honoured because the therapist couldn’t make it on time so I agreed to come in later. The therapist was new and inexperienced. I was draped so tight she couldn’t even get to the parts she was massaging. I explained at the start I have sciatica down the left side but that area was barley touched let alone worked on. The hot towel was extra which is standard
