Nice atmosphere. Good customer service. Microblading technician worked to ensure I was satisfied. My only criticism is that I had to suggest a few corrections to get my eyebrow design more closely matched. She initially said that looked fine to her; the flaws was very obvious to me.

After getting my Groupon, I called the salon to make an appointment. They told me they were booked solid for a week and a half. I told them if that was the case, I either wanted my money back or an extension of the expiration on my Groupon -- suddenly there was an appointment available. The lady doing my lashes asked me if I wanted mink or silk lashes. I said "what's the difference"? She said the mink looks more natural. So I said, sure, I'll take mink. When she was done putting the lashes on and I was leaving the room she said "7 dollars". I had no idea what she was talking about. As I was about to leave, the man at the desk said, I owed him $7. I asked him why, I had a groupon for the whole service. He told me that the mink lashes were more expensive. The lady who did the lashes never mentioned an upcharge. My lashes looked great on days 1 and 2. Not one clump of glue -- really beautiful. Then slowly the lashes on my left eye starting falling off. I had the lashes for about 1 week before there was too great a difference between my left and right eyelashes to keep them on. The technician did my right eye first. I think she lost interest after the first eye and that's why the lashes on my left eye all fell off. So $42 plus a $10 tip for 1 week of lashes. Totally not worth it and not very friendly at the salon either. Won't go back.
