When trying to gain clients, be mindful of time. My appt started an hour late. I asked for highlights, I wanted a natural look, I have never had a stylist tell me I had thick hair. The reason it took so long to foil my hair is you colored the whole top layer of my head. I just wanted highlights. My hair is fried, that is why it was hard to comb through. It cost me $100 to fix this and there was so much blonde in my hair it is brittle. The cut/ trim was a joke, some of the front of my hair was still in the front of my apron and didn't even get "trimmed" but by that point I knew I was going to have to get it fixed anyway. Try to schedule fewer appts so you can do better& retain clients
