I had no idea what to expect, I was really nervous to try, BUT I'm glad I did! It's only been a few days and I LOVE it! I'm the kind of person who needs to be pushed and told exactly what to do during a workout. If that's how you are then this class is perfect. The instructors are nice and help you if you're struggling, they will show you the right way to do an exercise. The class is designed to work in small groups, taking turns between workout equipment. This is nice because you get to meet new people and get held accountable to push yourself during a workout. Overall this is a great class and I can't wait to see my results once the 4 weeks of my groupon is over. Oh and they also offer childcare, no excuses to not show up!

I would highly recommend this class. Now I know why they call it the sweat shop. I leave the class drenched but feel great. And the instructors are awesome!!
