Rock'N Roll Rib Joint, Medfield

Most everything you need to know about Rock 'N Roll Rib Joint is right there in the name. There are ribs, of course, smoked for hours in the St. Louis tradition. Then there's the Rock 'N Roll part of the equation, which surfaces in a diverse collection of musical ephemera that ranges from a wall-sized collage of well-known LP covers to a wall plastered with old concert tickets.

There's a lot beyond the rock and the ribs, though, including the brisket, which pit masters cook "low and slow" for more than 12 hours, juicy burgers and sliders, and sandwiches stuffed with pulled pork and applewood-smoked chicken breast. And for the encore, slices of flourless chocolate cake, key lime pie, or pecan pie finish out the meal on sweet note.
