Not well organized. No real education provided. No discussion of how the roasting affects the terroir. Asked for a copy of the tasting notes and was declined. How can you not at least offer tasting notes when someone pays to taste with you? The potential is there. Clean it up and make it worth our time and $25.

The staff was nice. the coffee was great. The ambiance is what you would expect from a nice coffee house. We did the coffee tasting. The Ethiopian coffee was my favorite from that. If you want real coffee and not mixed stuff from the chain stores this is a great place to go.
