Food was mediocre. Ambiance felt a bit dirty. The service was ok- certainly nothing spectacular.

Parking is impossible, the interior is cold and dark, and the Groupon 'deal' was FAR from a 'deal.'

The groupon said you can redeem by phone or by printing it out. After driving 30 minutes to get there we were told we could not use our printed groupon. She explained they did not have a scanner for printouts and could only redeem it by using my phone, but I felt it was not my responsibility to know that as the customer (especially when the groupon stated it could be printed out). Not everyone has a phone with internet. It took very much talk back and forth to partially redeem our groupon and we still lost one coupon we had purchased. The lady was nice, but the entire episode was very embarrassing and the couple we were with had finished eating before we ordered. I have never had a problem with a groupon anywhere else...Machismo did not seem to understand the concept. They sold them, but then made it difficult and embarrassing to use...even though the groupon clearly stated I could utilize the printed version.

I went in there and clearly its under new management. I ordered my burrito with chicken and my husband ordered his with chicken and steak. Both of our burritos had chicken bones in them and I broke my tooth on mine. My husbands steak in his burrito was was nothing more than a steakum. They used to have real pieces of steak. Same high price, lower quality food. So sad! Used to be my favorite.
