I bought the 2 full leg wax. The lighting was so bad the girl missed several spots and I couldn’t tell until I got home. I scheduled my second appointment before I left. When I went to the scheduled second appointment the girl there did not know how to wax and did not speak English. She called two people. I was given her phone to talk to the other employees. No one could service me. Not a good experience!

So awkward and inexperienced. I was left with some obvious hairs that I had to pluck myself and the was removed part of my skin causing a scab. Whatever was used after the treatment also stung (probably because I not had an open wound) and made me break out terribly which has never happened before with a wax. I will never ever be back.
