Libations with Dinner: The gastropub features up to 17 of its nearby brewery’s beers on tap, including its popular sour ales.

Libations to Go: Guests can even take some of the craft brews home, whether in bottles, cans, growlers, or even kegs.

• No less than 75% of the restaurant’s products are made with recycled materials.
• To-go menus are only available online and carry-out containers are biodegradable or compostable.
• Low-flow faucets are installed, and the staff repurposes unused water to water plants.
• Buildings feature double-pane, low-E, energy-efficient windows, plus low-voltage track and HID lighting and energy-efficient light fixtures.
• Grease traps capture leftover grease for recycling.
