I havent used the services yet but I was appreciate of how helpful the staff was and that there I got ten classes that expire when i use the last one. There was not a deadline.

I mistakenly thought that the groupon I bought for the classes gave me access to use the gym equipment. But the owner made sure to come right over and tell me in a very rude way that I was not allowed to use the equipment. Mind you there were perhaps two or three other people in the entire gym. Most gyms provide a few complimentary passes for people to try out a gym-- I couldn't believe the guy's nasty attitude. I haven't felt like going back there and don't think I'll be using the classes again, much less the gym.

My only complaint is with the male staff member who greeted me at the door. While he did say hello, he proceeded to ignore me/turn my back to me as I was filling out the paperwork so that he could then talk to another coworker that walked in. He did not seem to want to bother with answering my questions about the gym or tell me where I needed to go to attend the class and then forgot to even scan my groupon (which I am 100% certain that I presented him with) so that he had to call me up later at home to get my groupon code. With the exception of this one occasion every other staff member has been very helpful and beyond nice.

Great local gym with great instructors!! Keep you motivated in class and to come back! better that fitness chain! Mike D great has great cycling class that keeps you coming back! All staff super friendly !
