My grandson enjoyed the challenge

Parking lot was totally full, there was a sign that said go to xyz location for a shuttle. We at the shuttle location but there's no info to say how frequently the shuttle runs and no one picks up the phone for the zoo to answer q's... a shuttle came after about 15 min of us freaking out so we finally calmed down. At treetop office, shades were drawn, no one answered. Eventually all worked out. :/

We did the cub course and the kids loved it. Was a good challenge for them. The older kids were already asking to do the next level up. Lots of paths to cross and two zip lines at the end. Would recommend and go again.

I would’ve given them five stars but from the first time I purchase these tickets I had a hard time contacting them then when I finally did I scheduled for what I thought I purchased for a family of four it was the four bundle zip lining in zoo. I then got there the day that I finally got scheduled and took me an hour to find parking then to find out that only . So I was a little disappointed.
