Let's say the customer service is lacking. I was very upset on how my dog came out. The response was what do you expect us to do, pick the hair up off the floor and glue it back on. Or accuse you of not taking care of your pet, or how about basically being called a liar. I suggest you go somewh elsewhere

The store was very clean and the people who I dealt with were very nice. I guess I didn't communicate very well because when I picked up my dog, she was cut a lot shorter than I expected. Again, maybe I didn't make myself clear. It looked like a lot more than half was cut off. The bandana around her neck was cute but it was too tight around her neck. The next size up would have been better.

The staff was very friendly and my two Yorkies looked wonderful with their new cuts.
