She was very nice and knew her stuff! I have been doing very dark box colors at home to hide my greys and wasn’t sure the colors would even lift but she did it and in record time! The salon is super clean, very large and has the best complimentary coffee... I think I’ve found my new spot!

I found the experience to be very cold and unwelcoming from Navid.The hair washer, Libby, was super friendly and accommodating though!I called ahead about being 15 minutes late so I had told Navid not to worry about fully drying my hair so she wouldn’t be pressed for time. She then told me hair drying was not included with the groupon? Be ready to walk out with wet hair in 20 degree weather.
