I was there the Tuesday before Labor day when it was busy with back to school purchases but I felt I got individualized attention. Wasn't rushed and very happy with my purchase. I'm not a runner but wanted a good fitting shoe to work out in gym. Sales person seemed surprised but helped me anyway.
