He did not show up the first day after telling me he was just running late, I waited over an hour and a half. Met him the next day and I did not get the color because he did not like what I wanted. Very bad experience did not get what I paid for.

If the client doesn't exactly know what they want, and is a new client, it's hard to please them with little or no information. Color is changeable but can damage the hair if changed often. Since nothing was done to your hair in well over a year, the haircut you received was fantastic giving new life to your hair. As I mentioned in our 2 hour consultation, whenever you know exactly what you would like to do with your color, I would honor the rest of your purchase, giving you exactly what you had purchased, since my professional opinion was fitting your requirements, but not your taste.
