I felt kinda funny about using the Groupon as this was brought up by beautician few times during our 30 mins together. Yes extra charges which are explained on phone when you make appt, paid additional $90 for toner, cover grays. When this transaction was said and done you will pay normal salon price somewhere else without the hassle of looking down on you by talking about Groupon & pricing

Really enjoyed my experience at Saks Salon. Cory was very professional. The Salon looks is very clean and nicely decorated. Really recommend it.

I read the fine print. My hair is brown, almost medium length, sure I’ll pay the extra $45 if more product is needed. I was still charged $90 plus tax which included EXTRA PRODUCT that was NOT USED and that wasn’t including the tip(I’m service industry, I would never not tip). I was then left with chemicals on my face and ears, burning incessantly with no aid though I called out several times. I left with chemical burns, having paid for balayage, haircut, & blowout a second time over, hair not a single cm shorter, and ORANGE. I contacted ownership & management, not a single offer to correct the color. DONT BUY THIS GROUPON. DONT PATRONAGE THIS PLACE as a new customer. You’ll be out $500 just trying to look normal. Ill go to Walmart and let my 6 yr old niece do my hair next time. If you’d like proof, just ask.
