JJ is a great coach and trainer! The gym has a very comfortable atmosphere and the clientele are very nice and friendly. It's fun to workout there and the workouts are hard!!! I am building muscles I forgot I have! I wanted to give up early during class, or cut a portion of the class in half, but JJ encouraged me to finish and it felt so good when I was done!

Great workout. No pressure to do anything other than your best. Measurements and goals taken weekly to show your progress and inspire you to go harder. Best of all class has as clients at all skill levels, so you'll never feel out of of place. Sign up, you wont regrets it. :)
