What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We have the best weight loss classes in MN. We motivate educate and keep our members accountable. We have the largest selection of free weights in the area. Very committed and helpful community.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
The Trainer is walking around correcting form and encouraging our members. We periodically meet with our members one on one to discuss goals, adjust nutritional intake, take measurements and pictures. We have a Facebook page called "Wholesome Members" to post pictures, videos and healthy recipes.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
What inspired us to start Wholesome Health was the realization of the fact that everyone wants to be healthy and fit but not everyone has had the right opportunity or experience.

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing peoples transformations and seeing people reach their full potentials.
