Great experience! The owner and Karin were both super helpful to my sensitive skin issue and their products had made tremendous difference to my experience. I used to be afraid of going to do hair color as I always suffer with itchiness after for a least a week or more. But the experience this time has been much more pleasant. Thank you both for caring so much!
