Terrible cleaning service, avoid! After describing the scope of work and size of my house, they did not clean the floors, dust furniture, and completely skipped the kitchen. I purchased 2 Groupons for two hours each of cleaning and booked an appointment for four hours. They only allowed me to use one Groupon so I paid cash for the remainder but they redeemed both! I paid over $600 for bad service!

I called this company 2 times to set up an appointment. An answering service took my messages and told me I'd receive a call back. After waiting over a week, I contacted Groupon and reported that the business was not returning my calls. Groupon refunded me the $99.00 without hesitation. If a business is going to offer deals on Groupon, it should honor them.

I wish I could give 0 stars! These people are insanely unprofessional. They were supposed to come at 8 this morning to paint my dining room and just didn’t show up, no phone call, email nothing. When I reached out to them I was told it was because the owners kid had the flu. That stinks, but it doesn’t mean you can’t schedule a crew to paint my room! Stay far far away from these folks.

The price was excellent which is why I purchased this Groupon but the service was outstanding. They were on time and my Lord the time it took them to complete the job was impressive. ( I am not easily impressed)! I would definitely recommend that you use their service.
