I tried out 8 group classes and not one disappointed and in fact all were effective and enjoyable workouts. The group exercise schedule is well done, providing a variety of classes and recurring classes in each week to allow clients’ flexibility. The teachers and staff were friendly and helpful. I only wish there was a similar club in my hometown.
