Daisy Cakes is lead by southern misses (called that regardless of their age and marital status), talented bakers who pass their recipes from generation to generation. The company comes from childhood memories—the family farm, women showing their love by baking exquisite cakes with fresh ingredients like eggs right from the henhouse, vegetables from the garden, hand-churned butter... Now they share their recipes with a wider audience and sell the cakes to anyone who's in need of a cake filled with love and sweet goodness. Here are some of their creations:

• Red velvet cake: four layers of dense, moist cake with a hint of cocoa combined with buttermilk, vinegar, and red food color, coated with cream cheese icing.
• Gluten-free chocolate cake: semi-sweet chocolate ganache spread in between layers of dark cake made with gluten-free flour; all that covered with chocolate fudge icing.
• Coconut cake: light sponge-cake with four layers of refreshing and aromatic coconut milk buttercream icing and finished with sweetened coconut flakes.
