first galaxy services always extends a free touchup to every customer. However in this case the floor had an extreme amount of residue on it or even possibly a coating. The cleaning that we offer through Groupon does not remove coatings it takes a completely different process to do that. I am a master cleaner and have been doing this for over 40 years and I very respectfully try to explain to customers what happens when you have an extreme amount of residue and/or a coating on your floor and of course many of them do not want to hear that. So of course they blame the cleaner. That apparently was the case here. However we continued to try & work with the customer to get the floor to a satisfactory state.
