They said it would take an hour and it was just shy of 2 hours. I repeatedly asked for time checks just to get told the same thing, which was “5 more minutes” or “another minute”. It got to the point where I had to go outside to wave them down because they had already made me late for work and i told them I needed to go. I ended up being 30 minutes late to work, just to end up dissatisfied.
