What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We offer fitness, nutrition, meal planning parties, paint nights, massage, spiritual guidance, smoking cessation classes, financial management classes, we even have a life coach and herbalist! We truly are mind, body, and spirit.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our staff is very personable and our class sizes are limited to ensure that you receive individual attention. We also offer individual consultations to create a wellness plan perfect for you!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After suffering a debilitating back injury and subsequent depression, I began to seek wellness. I got a masters degree in health and human performance and I dove into the field of wellness. I want to help others find the health and happiness that I have found!
