About Codex Strength
Codex Strength doesn't waste its members' time with fancy machines or fitness fads. Instead, the studio uses time-tested workout routines to build strength and conditioning:
- Group Strength Training: These 50-minute, small-group sessions rely on functional-movement exercises and use free weights, drive sleds, and medicine balls to increase strength and stability.
- Metabolic Conditioning: Plyometrics, agility drills, and core workouts are the guide posts of these 50-minute classes. Formatted in intervals, these exercises are designed to improve aerobic capacity and torch fat.
