I feel horrible about the mix up and I would like to thank you for still letting our family bowl. As a consumer that uses groupon regularly, vendors really need to tag the groupons they take in as redeemed. It give the consumer a chance to take a survey like this one to provide feedback and promote your business. Also, it helps avoid embarrassing situations.
