Disappointing. Very small and unattractive facility. Not a spa in any way. Old technology, and not even very clean.

It was a great experience and the atmosphere was wonderful. It would be helpful to know and speak Spanish to converse with the staff is the only drawback. Outside of this, it was great.

My first appointment was canceled via a telephone call by Christian of Tranquility informing me 2 hours prior to the appointment that the message therapist was not available on that day.
On my rescheduled appointment, my "mani/pedi" appointment was done in a timely and professional manner. I then waited approximately 20-25min before Christian of Tranquility informed me that the message therapist was not available. I informed Christian that it was unacceptable to be canceled a second time for a prepaid service. He understood my issue and only offered to reschedule AGAIN, an appointment with the message therapist. Mani and Pedi service was excellent. Message therapy cannot be rated due to poor scheduling.

The technicians were very nice and their services were good but the receptionist lied about the technician being able to fill acrylic nails and it was difficult to communicate with everyone if you did not speak Spanish.
