Eddie is a new manager. He was patient and answered all my questions. He was the only 1 working and there were 2 other customers besides myself and he handled us perfectly! I know that there was bad vibes prior to Eddie which I was unaware. I plan on going back next year if my prescription changes.

This Groupon doesn't include eye exam, it only include the glass lens. If you want to do eye exam, you need to pay for another $70. If you want to get a glasses, you also need to pay for the frame as well. But overall, the staff are friendly, and frames look nice.

I didn’t feel welcomed by the lady at the front desk. She ignored me all together. Ended up paying $240 for the lenses for my 7 year old with my prescription. The place wasn’t clean. Now waiting for the glasses which will take 2 weeks to be ready apparently. Not a happy cu

Wonderful experience. A completely thorough examination by the Dr and exceptional customer service provided by Lori. She worked with me, patiently until I was able to pick out my frames and all of the extras and she was able to keep it to the amount that I had budgeted.
