Patrick- we gave you many suggestions to properly clean your scalp of the damaging sebum which is accelerating your hair loss. This caused you to come in to us in the first place. You chose to not purchase the corrective shampoo, serums or do a scalp treatment or take vitamins. You were advised there may be shedding as the laser speeds up the growth cycle which makes dormant follicles begin to grow hair on a microscopic level. If you don’t make changes suggested as seen by your microscopic images you can’t expect results from a 2 session trial when you were not compliant with our recommendations. We wish you the best.
