Clean a cluttered conscience during the half-hour Chill 30 meditation class, held in a spring-like 75- to 80-degree Fahrenheit room, or work up a sweat in an hour-long Warm 60 class, designed to help beginners improve their form and breathing techniques. Hot 90 sessions up the ante and the temperature, challenging experienced pose pundits with difficult postures, 105 degrees of Fahrenheit, and meditations on maneuvering in leather pants.
