Bikram Yoga North Vancouver offers Bikram's beginning yoga class, which is a twenty-six asana series designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments, and tendons, in the order in which they should be stretched. Each 90-minute Bikram Yoga class takes place in a studio heated to 105 degrees Fahrenheit to work 100% of your entire body, from the inside out. The series of stretches and compressions can move fresh, oxygenated blood throughout the body, increase muscle tone, improve overall health, rehabilitate old injuries, and complement performance training.
