Mr. Hernandez shows his appreciation for all things south of the border at Antojitos Authentic Mexican Restaurant, where he and his chefs lovingly craft everything from cheese enchiladas to sizzling shrimp fajitas. But it's not just the dishes they make from scratch. Every dip, topping, and hot sauce is also made in-house and with a healthy respect for Mexican traditions. It seems the only thing this BYOB restaurant doesn't make in-house is the drinks; Antojitos encourages guests to bring their own bottle of wine or taco-flavored homebrew.
